  • Annual Gas Consumption 14,000 KWH's.
  • Annual Electricity Consumption 2,800 KWh's.
  • Water usage 700 litres per person per week.

The energy allowance specified is based on OFGEM figures and waterwise and is generous when you consider that all the flats have:

  • High levels of insulation in the ceilings.
  • A+ rated highly efficient state of the art gas condensing boilers.
  • LED lighting with ultra low energy saving features.
  • Washing machines, fridges and freezers and TV's that are all A or A+ rated.
  • Maximum of three occupants
  • Water saving cistern's. and water wise washing machines.

The landlord reserves the option to charge excess energy units including water consumption to the tenants. Npower's actual standard variable unit market rate will be used to calculate bills in addition to an admin fee of £50.
